Jake Gilmour established himself as the most statistically accomplished player in Saint Leo Lacrosse history. He is the
program’s all-time leader in career points (241), assists (122), single-season assists (40 in 2018), games started (61), and minutes played
(3,861).
Gilmour served as team captain of the 2018 NCAA Division II National Finalist squad and was named the Sunshine State Conference
Player of the Year in 2018. That season, he earned All-SSC First Team recognition, USILA First Team All-American honors, and USILA
Scholar All-American distinction. He was also named All-SSC Second Team in 2017, All-SSC First Team in 2016, and to the SSC AllFreshman Team in 2015.
Following his collegiate career, Gilmour returned to Canada and remains active in coaching club lacrosse. His performance and
leadership helped guide Saint Leo Lacrosse to national prominence during his tenure.
