  • Graduated from Saint Leo University with a degree in Psychology in 2005 and a 3.26 grade point average
  • Graduated with her Master's in Business Administration from Saint Leo in 2007 with a 3.47 GPA
  • Two-time softball All-America (2002 & 2004) as second basemen in softball
  • Earned All-South Region honors in 2002 and 2004
  • All-Sunshine State Conference four times and conference freshmen-of-the-year in 2002
  • Conference co-player-of-the-year as a junior in 2004
  • Named National Fast pitch Coaches Association All-American Scholar all four years
  • Selected to SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll four times
  • Honored as one of the Top 25 softball players on the SSC Silver Anniversary team in 2007
  • Led the SSC in hitting as a junior with a .403 batting average and was second in the league in hits with 75. She also was second in the league in most hits with 60 as a freshmen 
  • First in most hits in a season (80) and second in most doubles (14)
  • On the career side, she is first in most hits at 269, first in most official at-bats with 752, first in fewest strikeouts-83 in 752 official times at-bat, and first in stolen bases with 87. She is second in triples with 15 and second in most runs scored with 158. The Dunedin, FL native in fourth in career batting average at .358 and sixth in doubles with 35
  • During her time as a student, Denyve won the Spirit of Saint Leo award in 2003; the Benedictine Value of Personal Integrity Award in 2004; and the Tobey Award for sustaining the commitment and personal character of the highest order, and embodied the qualities of leadership, service, and education in 2005
  • In addition, other involvement on campus that made her such an outstanding person on and off the field, included student outreach alumni program team leader in 2004, orientation leader in 2004, intern for University Advancement from 2003-04, campaign steering committee student representative in 2003-04, resident hall assistant 2002-05 and a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes from 2001-05
