SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo University Athletics Department has named Jailenn Green (women's basketball) and Owen Pawlikowski (men's basketball) as the latest Jimmy John's Lions of the Week recipients as announced on Monday.

Jailenn Green, freshman from Lexington, Ky. posted 30 points last week including a season-best 27 in an OT win at Florida Tech. On the week she totaled 30 points, 10 rebounds, four steals, four assists and a block.  

Pawlikowski averaged 20.5 points, 3.5 boards, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals for the Lions this past week. On Wednesday against #18 Florida Southern, the Wisconsin native tallied a season-best 21 points along with five assists and four rebounds in 43 minutes. In Saturday's game at Florida Tech, Pawlikowski recorded 20 points and grabbed three boads along with three steals and an assist to help lead Saint Leo to a 71-67 victory.

For the 2025–26 season, Saint Leo University Athletics is proud to partner with Jimmy John's to present a new weekly award recognizing student-athletes. The award will recognize athletic competition held from Monday to Sunday.
