SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo University Athletics Department has named Zoe O'Leary (women's basketball) and Donovan Hill (men's basketball) as the latest Jimmy John's Lions of the Week recipients as announced on Monday.
Freshman forward Zoe O'Leary averaged 14.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and a block on 76% shooting from the floor in two games this past week at Flagler College and #9 Embry-Riddle. O'Leary set career highs in both games scoring, while having the highest field goal percentage on the team in both games and throughout the whole season thus far.
On Saturday, senior Donovan Hill posted a team-high 25 points and tied a game-best eight boards to go along with two steals and one assist as Saint Leo opened Sunshine State Conference (SSC) play at Embry-Riddle. The Pennsylvania native went 8-for-19 from the field and laced four three-pointers while also converting 83.3 percent of his free throw attempts in 39 minutes of play.
For the 2025–26 season, Saint Leo University Athletics is proud to partner with Jimmy John's to present a new weekly award recognizing student-athletes. The award will recognize athletic competition held from Monday to Sunday.
