Lions Compete in Day One of Lady Moc Classic

LAKELAND, Fla. – The Saint Leo University Women's golf team competed in the Lady Moc Classic Monday, completing two rounds and finishing the day in 15th with a current score of 619, +42 (310/309) at Grasslands Golf & Country Club.

Graduate Elena Verticchio returned to the green, shooting 75 each round to post a score of 150, +6. Sophomore Maya Cote finished the day with a score of 154, +10 (76/78).

Freshman Ana Valentina Guarderas competed as an individual with a score of 153, +9 (76/77).
