BOCA RATON, Fla. – Following the first day of the Lynn Invitational at the Boca Woods Country Club, the 21st-ranked Saint Leo women's golf team is sitting in ninth place with a score of 611 (+35).
Both seniors
Maya Cote and
Ana Valentina-Guarderas are leading the Green & Gold as they are in a share of 25th. Cote recorded score of 76 and 77 for a 153 (+9) while Valentina-Guarderas carded a 74 and 79 for a 153 as well.
Sophomore
Iza Stahlevi is tied for 34th with a 155 (+11). Stahlevi posted a 79 in the opening round followed by a 76 in the second round. Freshman
Maria Jaime enters the second day of the tournament in a share of 51st following a 160 (+16). Freshman
McKenzee Sullivan posted a 75 (+3) in the second round today.
Saint Leo will conclude the Lynn Invite tomorrow, Tuesday, March 31 as it competes in the third round with an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start.
