ACWORTH, Ga. – The 22nd-ranked Saint Leo women's golf currently sit in 10th following the first day of the Bentwater Women's Collegiate on Monday, hosted by Kennesaw State at the Bentwater Golf Course.
The Lions posted a 629 (+53) and were led by redshirt senior
Maya Cote, who is in a share of 13th after registering scores of 75 and 78 for a 153 (+9). Sophomore
Iza Stahlevi is tied for 19th with a 155 (+11). Stahlevi carded an 80 in the opening round followed by a 75 in the second.
Freshman
McKenzee Sullivan is currently tied for 44th after firing a 160 (+16) with an 81 in the first followed by a 79 in the second. Senior
Ana Valentina-Guarderas posted a 161 (+17) for a share of 48th.
Saint Leo will conclude the tournament tomorrow, Tuesday, March 24 as it competes in the final round of the Bentwater Collegiate.
