COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Saint Leo University Men's golf team continued its ferocious comeback, once again posting the second-best score of the round (290, +10) before finishing tied for fifth overall out of 12 teams with a final score of 881, +41 (303/288/290) Tuesday afternoon in the Cougar Invitational at Green Island Country Club.
Sophomore
Francois Cilliers saved his best for last, shooting 68, -2 in Round Three.
The Green & Gold finishes the Cougar Invitational with the second-most pars overall (159) and the third-best average on the Par 4 courses (4.21).

The Lions are back on the green October 17-18 as the team travels to Palm Harbor, Fla. for the Copperhead Cup, hosted by University of West Florida.
