SAINT LEO, Fla. – Rose Morissette, Synne Lauritzen, Laurence Lamer, and Pia Perthen of the Saint Leo women's golf team were named among the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team of 2022. The four Lions were honored among a total of 1,485 golfers recognized for their tremendous success on the green and in the classroom. The minimum cumulative GPA to earn the prestigious honor is 3.50.
 
Morissette, Lauritzen, Lamer, and Perthen helped the Green and Gold advance to the NCAA South Region Championship under the direction of head coach Lyndsey Bevill. The postseason run recorded the program's 10^th trip to the regional stage, Bevill's third trip with the Lions.
