SAINT LEO, Fla. – The No. 7 Saint Leo men's tennis team stayed perfect at 6-0, flexing its muscles 8-1 against No. 25 Concordia (N.Y.) on Friday.

Chad Berryhill said, "There was good energy from our team today. I was very happy with our doubles play and equally happy with singles."
Saint Leo went 3-0 in doubles lead by no. 1 duo
Thomas Grinberg and
Vincent Suillerot, 8-3.
Jaime Bueno and
Willem Van Den Akker flat lined no. 2 doubles opponents, 8-0. No. 3 doubles
Bruno Babic and
James Defusto snagged a 9-8 win.
The Lions captured wins is no. 1, no. 2, no. 3, no. 5 and no. 6 singles. Grinberg finished off no. 1 6-2, 6-3 while Suillerot tallied no. 2 6-2, 6-1 win. No. 3 Bueno showcased a clean slate 6-0, 6-0 win.
Francisco Aparicio downed no. 5 opponent 6-1, 6-0. No. 6
Willem Van Den Akker won his first set 6-2 and took a win by retirement in set two.
The Lions continue competition against Wayne State University on Monday, March 12 at 11:00 a.m. at the Saint Leo Tennis Center.
