SAINT LEO, Fla. – Brad Eidenmuller of the Saint Leo men's tennis team was named the Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week on Monday, April 11, 2022. The graduate student from Alsbach, Hessen, Germany went 4-0 this week, helping the Lions defeat Eckerd and No. 18 Rollins.
 
Eidenmuller topped the Tritons 6-4 in second doubles with partner Ghali Mensour on Wednesday. On Saturday, he and Vincent Thiel took second doubles 7-5 against the Tars to secure the doubles point for Saint Leo. In singles action, Eidenmuller went 2-0 in the fifth flight; defeating his Triton opponent 6-0, 6-3. He recorded the perfect week against going 6-2, 6-0 over the Tars.
 
Eidenmuller and the rest of the No. 3 Saint Leo Lions are set to take on No. 9 West Florida on Friday, April 15, the program's finale match of the regular season inside the Saint Leo Tennis Center. The big south region match between the Lions and Argonauts will begin at 11:00 a.m.
