SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo University Men's swimming team swam its way to another Sunshine State Conference victory, defeating Lynn University 134.5-70.5 Friday evening at the Marion Bowman Aquatics Center.
The Lions (2-0, 2-0 SSC) took 10 of the 11 events, as the Green & Gold were bested in the 200-yard Breaststroke. Sophomore Lamar Rodov had a good showing, winning the 50-yard Freestyle (0:22.06) and the 100-yard Freestyle (0:47.89) events. Senior
Hugo Chopineau took home the 500-yard and 100-yard freestyles with respective times of 4:47.38 and 9:53.69.

Saint Leo will have an early championship test next time out, facing #5 Tampa in a two-day meet at the Riseman Aquatics Center. Both days are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
