CLEARWATER, Fla. – The Saint Leo men's and women's swimming teams competed in day four of the 2023 Sunshine State Conference Championships Saturday.
The session featured the 500 free, 100 back, 100 breast, 200 fly, & 200 free relay.
On the women's side Vanda Voroshazy would earn a top ten finish in the 200 fly with her time of 2:05.70.
For the men, Nino Vaillon earned the top finish for the Lions this evening, placing fourth in the 100 back at 49.41.
Devin Green earned a sixth-place finish in the 500 free touching the wall at 4:28.80. Lucas Minuer placed eighth in the 200 fly with his time of 1:52.09.
The quartet of
Isabelle Sering,
Romane Cayla, Alix Marouf-Henras, and
Elze Bielskute earned a top ten five in the 200 free relay for the Lions touching the wall at 1:34.51.
Minuer,
Lamar Rodov,
Szymon Leszega, and Green earned fifth in the 200 free relay with their time of 1:22.09.
The competition will resume tomorrow with prelims at 10:00 am, followed by finals at 5:00 pm. Fans can watch live onÂ
