SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo men's and women's basketball programs will be starting a new fundraising campaign for the upcoming 2021-22 season where alumni, friends, family or community members can pledge to donate money per 3-pointer made this season. Both programs enter the 2021-22 season with high expectations and are looking for the community for support as the men look to defend their 2021 Sunshine State Conference Tournament Championship and the women look to make it three-straight trips to the SSC Tournament Semifinals or beyond with a talented list of returners and impactful newcomers.

The men have averaged 244 3-pointers per season over the last four years while the women have knocked down 179 triples per season over that span. Those interested in participating can pledge from $2-$30 per 3-pointer and support either the men, women or both throughout the year.

The money raised goes directly to the programs for them to use for a variety of things including new/extra uniforms, out-of-state trips to seek competition from the best programs around the country, new equipment to help both on the court or in the classroom, and a variety of other things to better the experience for our talented student-athletes.
