MELBOURNE, Fla. – The Sunshine State Conference office announced Monday afternoon that Senior Paige Patterson was named Women's Runner of the Week.
 
Patterson picked up where she left off from her memorable 2021 season, winning the Saint Leo Abbey Invitational with 18:29.17 time against a field of teams that included regionally-ranked competition in (4) Embry-Riddle, (5) Tampa, and (8) Florida Southern.
 
This is the Edmonton, Alberta native's first award of the 2022 season and the first of her career.
