SAINT LEO, Fla - The No.6 Saint Leo men's team defeated Walsh 7-0 on Friday afternoon, earning their first sweep of the season and improving their record to 6-3 on the season.
Saint Leo took the doubles match point, winning every pair. Doubles Flight 1 
Aurel Ciocanu and 
Willem Van Den Akker battled and earned a 7-6 victory. Doubles Flight 2 
Bruno Faletto and 
Leonardo Vega rolled over their opponents 6-1, while doubles Flight 3 
Ghali Mensour and 
David Perez defeated their opponents 6-2.
Leading off for the Lions in the number one singles spot was #40 
Bruno Faletto, earning a 6-1, 6-3 victory. Mensour won second singles 6-2, 6-1. 
Aurel Ciocanu played at third singles and brought home a win with a score of 6-2, 6-1. 
Noel Kunz defeated his opponent 6-0, 7-6. 
Willem Van Den Akker rolled over his opponent 6-1, 6-2. 
David Perez earned a 6-3, 6-0 win.
 
The Lions return to action on March 11 at 11 a.m. when they defend home against Hillsdale.
