SAINT LEO, Fla. –
Jake Bye and
Jake Gilmour are named among the 2018 United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division II Scholar All-American list. Bye, a senior accounting major, and Gilmour, a management major, claim the Scholar All-American title due to their outstanding work in the classroom and success on the field.
The defender from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia started 15-of-15 games this season. Bye caused 24 turnovers in that time while picking up 34 ground balls.
The attacker from Pickering, Ontario started all 19 games during his senior campaign to close his four-year career at Saint Leo. Gilmour scored 38 goals and assisted in 40 for a 78-point year. In addition, he picked up 41 ground balls.
