  • The Lions will honor 11 seniors on Saturday before game one of the doubleheader. Playing in their final home game will be Tate Sweat, Zach Scott, Will Gray, Lane Stancil, Robbie Cook, Jordan Pendleton, Chase Turner, Drew Tumbelty, Daniel Lockwood, Tyler Bauman, and Oscar Gordillo.
  • Peyton Isaacson, Brett Coffel, Zach Scott, and Chase Turner have been the four major run producers in the Lions lineup. The foursome has been dominating the plate with 33 home runs and 167 RBIs on the year.
  • Jordan Pendleton is coming up a complete game win over Florida Southern, where the righty gave up eight hits and two walks, while striking out six batters and not letting in an earned run during his start. The win gave him a share of the career wins record at Saint Leo University at 27. Pendleton leads the team on the season in innings pitched (85) and strikeouts (72), while sporting a team best 7-1 record with a 3.07 ERA.
  • Embry-Riddle is coming off a 13-3 loss against Rollins to drop the series over the weekend. The Eagles have had a tough go on the road with 6-13 record this season.
  • Kyle Marsh leads the team with a red hot batting average of .396. Marsh also leads the team in triples (4) and RBIs (57) as well. Zach Howard and Luis Oliver has added some pop in the Eagles lineup as well with their combined 32 home runs and 102 RBIs.
