Men's Tennis Notes
- Jaime Bueno's comeback three set win (6-4, 2-6, 6-4) clinched a 5-4 upset for the No. 4 Saint Leo Men's Tennis Lions over No. 1 Barry Buccaneers on Saturday. The victory captured the program's second win over a No. 1 ranked opponent in a week's time. Saint Leo remains undefeated, raising its overall record to 12-0, 2-0 in the Sunshine State Conference.
- On the season, Saint Leo is led by no. 1 Thomas Grinberg with a stainless 12-0 record. Jaime Bueno's three set comeback kept his slate clean. He enters the week 11-0 from a no.2 win and no. 3 10-0 record.
- FIT took down Ave Maria 7-2 to return to the win column on Wednesday.
- Aria Candell Solana leads the Panthers a no. 1 singles going 9-3 on the season.

Women's Tennis Notes
- No. 10 Saint Leo downed No. 50 Washburn 8-1 on Thursday. The non-conference match raised the Lions' record to 10-3, generated a two match win streak.
- On the season, Kristyna Jurkova holds a no.2 singles record of 12-1. Fabiola Cardenas and Madeleine Gauthier each hold 11-1 singles records. Cardenas has a no. 4 1-0 mark, no. 5 10-2. Guathier earned a no. 3 singles win, no. 4 10-2 record.
- The Academy of Art will face No. 14 Florida Southern on Monday before stopping at Saint Leo on Tuesday. Alma Tehll-Lenntorp has been a staple earning a no. 4 2-0 and no. 5 8-1 record.
- No. 35 Tampa will also visit the Saint Leo Tennis Center this week on Wednesday. The Spartans are led by Lilley Nice with a 14-2 singles record between play at no. 2 and no. 3. Corbin Dorsey has also grabbed 14 wins splitting play at no. 4 and no. 5.

Baseball Notes
- No. 24 Baseball is coming off of a 7-4 victory over Eckerd College in a non-conference game last Wednesday.
- The Lions have had nearly a week's rest before they welcome The University of Wisconsin-Parkside for a three game series Tuesday and Wednesday before hitting the road on Thursday to take on conference foe Palm Beach Atlantic in a three game series.
- Peyton Isaacson continues lead the Lions in batting average, doubles, home runs, and RBIs. Isaacson continues to be excellent out of the bullpen posting eight saves in his eight innings of work with 10 strikeouts, while only allowing two hits and one walk.
- Oscar Gordillo and Drew Tumbelty have been great in relief with a 7-1 combined record with their 20 appearances on the season.
- Wisconsin-Parkside is coming with a 1-9 record after dropping all four games to Quincy over two weeks ago. The Rangers are currently on a five-game losing streak.
- Kyle Schulz leads the team in batting average (.417) while teammates Justin Bennett and Lovell Chandler both have five RBIs a piece.
- Palm Beach Atlantic has been on a six-game slide after more recently getting swept by Nova Southeastern in Fort Lauderdale.
- The Sailfish have been led by Connor Rowland, Riley Herold, and Kyle Simon. While Rowland leads the team in batting average amongst qualified batters, it's been the power of Herold and Simon that has made the offense go. The combo have a combined 11 home runs and 52 RBIs on the year.

Beach Volleyball Notes
- Saint Leo Beach Volleyball returns to action after hosting a five-team, two-day tournament to open up play at home. The Lions suffered four losses, but gained experience and will look to take on Lincoln Memorial and Webber International Wednesday.
- The Lions dropped both matches Friday, 4-1 to Eckerd and 5-0 to #13 Florida International, before battling in both matchups Saturday against Florida Southern and Jacksonville.
- The Green and Gold dropped both decisions 3-2 on the final day of play where it came down to the last set in each match.

Softball Notes
- No. 20 Softball hosts Florida Southern for a midweek series after the Lions took two of three from Lynn this past weekend.
- Saint Leo University and its fans were witnesses to perfection on Friday night after senior right hander, Alison Mitts, didn't allow a single Fighting Knight to reach first base. During Mitts' perfect game, she also struckout eight batters.
- Kacie Kelly, Sarah Pauscher, and Bethany Kursch continue to dominate for the Lions offensively. Kelly leads the team in batting average, runs scored, doubles, and walks. Pauscher and Kursch add the power to the lineup with three home runs each and 39 combined RBIs.
- The two workhorses for the Lions, Alison Mitts and Auria Mounts, are a combined 20-10 with four saves, 14 complete games, and 157 strikeouts over the 193.1 innings logged.
- Florida Southern has a 22-10, 9-9 SSC record coming into the week. The Mocs are on a three-game winning streak after sweeping Barry this past weekend.
- Senior Shannon Bell either leads the team or is in the top three in batting average, runs, triples, home runs, RBIs, and walks. Bell went 7 for 11 with four runs scored and three RBIs last weekend.
- The Mocs hang their hat on a pair of sophomores as Kelli Gault and Kristen Beacham lead the team in innings logged with 135.2 innings logged. The duo is a combined 13-6 with four complete games and 89 strikeouts on the year.

- Saint Leo travels to the University of Florida for the Florida Relays.
- In the University of South Florida Bulls Invitational the Lions were led by Niclas Bez who took first place in the 800 meter crossing the finish line in 1:52.79. Joshua Sickinger took home a second place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase handing in a final time of 9:44.86. Saint Leo featured another top ten place in the 1500 meter by Tadgh McGinty. McGinty rounded out the final 10 at 4:08.73.
- On the women's side, it was Colett Rampf winning the 5000 meter race with 48 seconds to spare before the next runner crossed the finish line. Alyssa Bayliff showcased a sixth place in the 1500 meter run handing in a time of 4:43.64. Lauren Csubak added a third top ten finish to the Lions day. Csubak earned an eighth place finish with a 2:16.56 mark.

Men's Lacrosse Notes
- The No. 10 Saint Leo Lions recorded a 21-6 over the Embry-Riddle Eagles on Saturday to open play in the Sunshine State Conference. The decision raised the Lions' overall record to 7-1, 1-0 in the SSC. Charlie Kurtenbach led the Lions with seven-point day. The junior attacker scored four goals, assisted in three.
- Jake Gilmour surpassed 100 career assists and 200 career points. Gilmour scored one against Embry-Riddle, assisted in three while he picked up two ground balls and caused a turnover.
- On the season, Kyle Pauwels and Jake Gilmour share the points leader spot. Pauwels scored 27 goals, assisted in 13 while Gilmour has scored 20, assisted in 20. Kurtenbach enters the week with 21 goals, 17 assists compiling 38 points.
- Palm Beach Atlantic took to the road for the first time in SSC play on Saturday and were unable to pick up a victory, falling to Florida Southern 12-7. Jackson Miller led efforts with three goals followed by Brendan Fischer and Trent Parker with two apiece.
- On the season, Jackson Miller has netted 17 while assisting in 5 for a team high 22 points. Trevor Keena has put up 63 shots scoring 14, assisted in four adding 18 points to the Sailfish season. Â

Women's Lacrosse Notes
- The #17 Saint Leo Lions tamed the Wingate Bulldogs 18-6 on Sunday. The high scoring game was generated off 10 different Saint Leo sticks. In the midst of the offensive rampage, junior attacker, Leslie Ferguson scored five goals and dished out one assist to become the newest Saint Leo season points record holder at 57 (45 goals, 12 assists). In addition, her five goals moved her season count to 45 goals, tying the single season goals record.
- Sarah Pierson also clinched a school season record at Wingate. Pierson's six draw controls lifted her season count to 70, resetting the season draw control record. She broke the previous record of 69 set by Stephanie Marran in 2012 (14 games).
- Eight different Eagles scored, including a season-high five goals from Amanda Dargie, as the Embry-Riddle took a 23-9 victory over Emmanuel on Thursday.
- On the season, Mya Watson and McKenzie Jackson have tallied 62 apiece. Watson has scored 47 while assisting in 15. Jackson has scored 44 while setting up 18 other goals.
