Made 14 appearances on the mound for the Lions with 32.1 innings of work allowing 34 hits, 19 runs, 15 earned, and 21 strikeouts … finished the year with a 4.18 ERA while going 4-2 on the season … in games he appeared in, the Lions outscored opponents 121-89 … tallied five assists on the year in the field

AS A JUNIOR (2017)
Made 8 appearances with 3 starts on the mound for his first season with the Lions recording a 4.26 ERA over 31.2 innings … finished the season with 3 wins and 1 loss … Pitched one complete game for the Green and Gold against Rollins College (4/16) allowing 8 hits, 1 earned run, and with 8 strikeouts while securing the win.

CAREER
Transferred to Saint Leo from John Wood Community College in Quincy, Ill…. Recorded a 5.64 ERA over 52.2 innings and 10 appearances in 2016… finished the year with a 6-2 record in 10 starts… second on the team with 43 strikeouts… in 2015, he posted a 4.82 ERA over 9.1 innings in three relief appearances, recording two strikeouts… Academic All-Conference selection in 2015 and 2016… won conference’s Gold Glove award at pitcher in 2016… played for coach Jorge Guttierrez at Southwest Miami High School.

Both September 13… career goal is to become a successful accountant… favorite foods are pizza and spaghetti… favorite athletes are Mike Trout and Noah Syndergard… has two brothers, Joset and Santiago, and three sisters, Valeria, Sophia, and Victoria… son of Oscar Gordillo and Paola Manrique.
