Box Score SAINT LEO, Fla. – The no. 14 Saint Leo men's lacrosse team claimed a 17-12 decision over no. 16 Lindenwood on Wednesday. The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) top 20 showdown victory raises Saint Leo's overall record to 6-1 before the start of Sunshine State Conference competition.
Kyle Pauwels was unstoppable handing in nine points scoring seven goals and two assists along with picking up two ground balls.
Charlie Kurtenbach had a day scoring one, assisting in seven for an eight-point game. He also earned six ground balls and caused three turnovers.
Thomas Tatarian earned his sixth win in goal gobbling 12 saves.
Jake Gilmour celebrated another career mile marker, scoring his 100
th goal in the first quarter (5:21). The senior attacker will enter SSC play with 101 goals, 97 assists.
