Played in 8 games with 2 starts…appeared in four conference games with 1 start…tallied 4 hits in 10 at-bats with 1 run scored for a .400 batting average…drove in 4 RBI and had 5 total bases…finished the season with a .500 slugging percentage and a .400 on-base percentage…recorded 16 putouts and 1 assist with 1 error for a .944 fielding percentage…earned a start in a NCAA South Region 1 tournament

AS A FRESHMAN (2015)
Competed in 18 games for the Lions, playing first base… Managed a .238 batting average while scoring four runs and driving in four RBI… Tallied five hits and drew four walks… Recorded a .950 fielding percentage in 60 total chances.

CAREER
Graduate of Chamberlain HS where she played under coach Robert Diez...  Named in the Tampa Tribune Top Five softball players in the state... Played club for the Tampa Mustangs under coach Jim Ehlers.

PERSONAL
Sport Business Major... Would like to manage a hospital one day... Chose Saint Leo because of the sport business program...Daughter of Monica and Carlos Diaz... Has one sister, Kaitlynn who is in her senior season playing softball for Saint Leo.
