DAHLONEGA, Ga. – The Saint Loe baseball team lost in a non-conference game by a 12-9 margin to cap off a three-game on the road versus North Georgia on Sunday afternoon.

In the bottom of the fourth, North Georgia answered with a two0run homer to left center to knot the game at 4-4. The bats for Saint Leo in the fifth scored five runs, highlighted by a two-run double by junior
Ryan Crivello and a two-run triple by Rivero capped off by an RBI groundout by Robinson, 9-4.
The Nighthawks' offense countered as they tallied eight runs between the fifth and seventh inning while holding the Lions at bay for a 12-9 win.

Amai Rivera-Martinez went 2-for-5 with two runs, Rivero laced a pair of hits, two RBI, and two runs. Robinson posted two hits and two RBI. On the mound, senior
Dawson Turner started and pitched 4.0 innings while striking out four batters and allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits.
Saint Leo returns to action on Friday, February 21 as it travels to face Rollins in a Sunshine State Conference (SSC) contest, starting at 2 p.m.
