SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo University volleyball team played its penultimate game at home on Friday night as it hosted the fourth-ranked Barry Buccaneers. Set 1 | Barry 25, Saint Leo 12
Barry opened the match with clean execution and an early surge, hitting .267 in the frame. Saint Leo produced five kills from five different players, but the Buccaneers' pressure from the service line and backcourt defense created separation midway through the set.

Set 3 | Barry 25, Saint Leo 16
The Lions played their most competitive volleyball of the match in the final set, keeping pace with the fourth-ranked Bucs through long rallies and timely kills. Valentin and Anderson added sparks off the bench, while Chappell and Stavile continued to pressure the block. Saint Leo stayed within three at 14–11 and again at 18–15 before Barry closed the set with a late push.
