BRADENTON, Fla. – The No. 2 Saint Leo men's tennis concluded the 2022 Sunshine State Conference Championship Tournament second overall after a 4-0 loss to No. 3 Barry Sunday afternoon at the IMG Academy. The Lions hold a 19-5 overall record under the direction of head coach Chad Berryhill and will await the NCAA Selection Show for the release of the national postseason bracket.
 
No. 8 Bruno Faletto and Willem Van Den Akker won the first doubles flight; 6-2. Despite the effort, Barry snagged the doubles point to jump out to a 1-0 advantage.
 
The Buccaneers took the third, second, and fourth flights to clinch the hardware.
