WINTER PARK, Fla. – The No. 9 Saint Leo Lions clinched a 4-3 win over the No. 19 Rollins Tars on Thursday. Bruno Faletto's work in doubles and singles play clinched the Sunshine State Conference matchup. The victory raised the Lions record to 14-6, 5-2 SSC.
 
The Green and Gold won the doubles match point that was ultimately needed to top the Tars. Bruno Faletto and Leonardo Vega battled in doubles flight no. 2 for a 7-5 win. Meanwhile, Ghali Mensour and Bruno Babic handed in a 6-3 decision at flight no. 3.
 
In singles action, Aurel Ciocanu won flight no. 3 6-2, 6-2 followed by Ghali Mensour at flight no. 2 with a 7-5, 6-1 victory. Faletto clinched the match in fight no. 1 winning a long three-set battle; 6-4, 2-6, 6-3.
