West Palm Beach, Fla. – Madeleine Gauthier won the No. 3 singles flight over the weekend at the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish Invitational to lead the Saint Leo women's tennis team. Gauthier defeated opponents from Broward and PBA followed by a 6-3, 7-6 (4) win over teammate Nastasia Jedrychowski.

After playing each other in singles, Gauthier and Jedrychowski teamed up to win the No. 2 doubles flight.

Other Green & Gold highlights include Kristyna Jurkova's No. 2 singles flight runner-up performance, Georgia Dobell's No. 4 singles flight runner-up finish and Nina Furmaniak's third place draw in the No. 1 singles flight.  

Saint Leo continues its fall individual season on Friday, September 21 to compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regionals hosted by Florida Southern.
