SAINT LEO, Fla. – The No. 1 Saint Leo men's tennis team finished the regular season undefeated after taking care of Palm Beach Atlantic 8-1 on Saturday. The win closed out competition in the regular season as the Lions' raised their overall record to 19-0, 8-0 in the Sunshine State Conference.

Jaime Bueno,
James Defusto,
Thomas Grinberg and
Vincent Suillerot.
Saint Leo took two of three doubles matches from No. 2, no. 2

"PBA is a good team. They are a team you can't sleep on because they have good players and compete hard," said Saint Leo second year head coach
Chad Berryhill. I was glad how we handled doubles today. Even the no. 2 that we lost, we played good tennis in that match."
"In singles, I saw consistent effort," continued Berryhill We have been consistent in singles all year so it is good to see our guys continue to step up and get better."

Thomas Grinberg raised his overall singles record to 19-0 registering a 6-2, 6-3 win.

Jaime Bueno (6-4, 6-0) where busy adding to their outstanding seasons.

James Defusto (6-4, 6-2) complete the singles sweep.
The Lions will travel to the 2018 Sunshine State Conference Championships in Bradenton, Fla. for a tournament start on April 19.
