ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Four players score in double-figures as Saint Leo men's basketball falls on the road 84-69 at Eckerd in the final road game of the regular season.   
 
Isaiah Hill led the Lions in scoring with 20 points, which marked his second 20-point game against the Tritons on the season. Kyran McClure and Junior Searcy scored 16 points for the Green and Gold where Jesse Huff tallied 13 points off the bench.

How It Happened…
1H | On senior night, Eckerd came out and controlled the first half of Wednesday nights game leading 15-2 at the first media timeout with 15:35 to play. Jesse Huff would come off the bench and provide a spark for the Lions with eight points in the first half including a three with two-seconds to go in the opening half, cutting the deficit to 23. Isaiah Hill led the Lions in the first half with 12 points on 4-of-5 shooting including a 4-for-4 mark from the free throw line. | Eckerd 54-31 |

2H | The Tritons continued to hold its lead before the Lions chipped away at the lead, outscoring the Tritons 18-10 to make it 78-63 with 3:17 to play. Eckerd flipped the script and used a quick 6-2 lead to push it back to 19 points, 84-65 with 2:17 to play. Saint Leo returned the favor with a 4-0 run to make it 84-69 with a minute to play, before calling timeout. Points to Note

• Isaiah Hill scored 20 points for the Lions on 6-of-9 shooting from the floor with 7-for-10 mark from the charity stripe. On the season, Hill scored two 20-point games against the Tritons; scoring 23 points on Jan. 17.
• Kyran McClure and Junior Searcy each scored 16 points where they both made seven free throws and four shots from the field, including one three-pointer.
• Jesse Huff scored 13 points off the bench with a 5-for-8 mark from the field with 3-for-6 from downtown.
• Saint Leo went 21-for-29 from the free throw line from the night.

• Trevon Young paced Eckerd to its 20th win with 23 points where Drushaun McLaurn scored 22.
• Blake Morrow and Keshawn Ingram each scored in double-figures with 11 and 10, respectively.

Saint Leo will look to close out the regular season on Saturday, Feb. 24 at 7:30 pm against Rollins inside the Marion Bowman Activities Center where the Lions will honor their three seniors, Tyreece Brice, Gary Hector and Drago Popovic before the game against the Tars.
