Men's Soccer Notes
- Saint Leo (3-10, 0-7 SSC) split last week, defeating Flagler 2-1, dropping a 5-2 decision at No. 20 Nova Southeastern.
- Elias Niesigk scored two goals against the No. 20 Nova Southeastern Sharks Saturday night. Niesigk's pair lifted Saint Leo 2-1 in the 29th minute but the Lions were unable to outlast the nationally ranked Sunshine State Conference foe. He enters the week as the Green and Gold leading scorer with six goals, four assists.
- Goalkeeper, Christian Evans posted four saves on Saturday. He has earned seven starts in which he has tallied 17 saves.
- Rollins (8-5, 2-5 SSC) enjoyed a bye over the weekend. On Wednesday, the Tars downed the Palm Beach Atlantic, 2-1.
- Stefan Avram led the Tars on the day, tallying one goal and one assist on the evening. Ray Gerke tallied the other Rollins goal, while Christian Adams earned an assist for the Tars. Abdiel Martinez made a pair of saves in 90 minutes of action in goal. Â
- On the season, Avram has compiled nine goals, two assists. After seven games of action, goalkeeper, Martinez has earned 21 saves.

- Saint Leo (3-8-1, 1-51 SSC) split the week after a convincing 6-1 win over Webber International followed by a 2-0 loss Saturday night to Nova Southeastern. Â
- On the season, Carolina Solis-Deleon leads the Lions' offense with five goals followed by Raylyn Straubmuller with two goals and an assist.
- Julia Ortiz has faced 112 shots protecting the net. Ortiz has tallied 43 saves while earning a .663 save percentage.
- Rollins (6-1-4, 4-1-1) avoided the loss column last week. The Tars drew a 0-0 tie at Tampa on Wednesday. On Saturday, they defeated the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish, 1-0, at home.
- The Tars got their goal off the foot of Kathryn O'Brien, her fourth season goal to name her the team's leading scorer. Katie Evans picked up the assist, earning her first point in the Blue and Gold. In goal, Kelly Rowswell made four saves to preserve her conference leading fourth shutout.
