Saw action in 32 matches, and 120 sets … recorded a single-season career best 255 kills on the season, for 2.13 kills per set … had a team-best hitting percentage at .294 percent … fourth on the team in points scored at 310.5 (2.6 points per set) … had 13 double-digit kill matches, tying a career-best 14 kills twice, vs. #5 Tampa (10/27) and at Lynn (11/13) … recorded a season-high seven blocks vs Barry (10/21) … had five .500+ hitting performances on the season ... named to the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
AS A JUNIOR (2014)
Appeared in 33 matches for the Lions… Posted 161 kills at a .285 attack percentage as the starting middle blocker, adding 73 blocks, 54 digs and 11 service aces… Posted a season-high 12 kills against Nova Southeastern (Nov. 8)… Blocked a career-high seven attacks against No. 5 Wheeling Jesuit (Oct. 11).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)
Appeared in 18 matches... Competed in 46 sets... Collected 102 kills on the year, earning 2.22 kills per set... Tallied 39 blocks... Registered a career-high 14 kills against South Dakota Mines (9/20/13)... Notched a career-high 34 total attacks against Florida Southern (9/24/13)... Tallied a career-high 9 blocks against South Dakota Mines (9/20/13)... Had four double-digit kill performances.
AS A FRESHMAN (2012)
As a true freshman, Stolzenburg competed in 12 matches, appearing in 23 sets... Registered 14 kills... Recorded 11 blocks... Tallied 5 assists... First career kill came during a 3-0 win over the University of Charleston (08/31/12)... Best performance came against Eckerd (11/3/12) when she recorded 4 kills and 8 total attempts.
CAREER
Stolzenburg attended St. Charles North HS where she was a varsity starter for three years under Head Coach Lindsey Hawkins…She comes to Saint Leo with a long list of honors that include a unanimous First Team All-Conference and All-Area selection her junior and senior seasons…She helped her team claim two regional titles and also served as team captain…Stolzenburg used her nearly six foot frame to lead her team in blocks and aces, while finishing second in kills…Dedicated to the sport of Volleyball, she is a six-year member of the Club Fusion Volleyball under the guidance of Eric Shulze where she was a member of the JVDA National Championship team and 2009 All-Tournament team member.
