McKenna Kincaid was named the graduate assistant coach of Saint Leo women’s lacrosse in August of 2023. The Ohio native was recently announced as a member of the Inaugural Cohort for the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Aspire Program, a new professional development program designed to align with the IWLCA's vision and offer an intensive, high-quality continuing education opportunity for current assistant coaches.

In the spring of 2024, Kincaid helped guide the Lions to their best season record of 12-6 and the program’s first postseason victory as Saint Leo won 15-9 over #15 Embry-Riddle in the first round of the Sunshine State Conference (SSC) tournament.

Prior to coming to the Sunshine State, Kincaid was a two-year member of the women’s lacrosse team at Notre Dame College (Ohio), tallying 16 goals and nine assists for the Falcons at midfield with 18 starts in 33 games. Before transferring to Notre Dame College, Kincaid played her sophomore and freshman year of women’s lacrosse at the University of Charleston as part of the Mountain East Conference (MEC) in West Virginia. Kincaid laced 25 goals her sophomore campaign and earned MEC All-Academic Honors in addition to being named to the Dean’s List and Provost List all two years.

In 2023, Kincaid earned her bachelor's degree in communication and public relations with a minor in coaching from Notre Dame College and is currently working towards an MBA in Spots Business.
