Chad Hadlock joined the Saint Leo coaching staff in 2018. During his time assisting head coach Brad Jorgensen, Hadlock joined the Lions in their 2018 National Championship appearance after clinching the Sunshine State Conference regular season title.

Prior to his time on the Green and Gold sidelines, Hadlock has been an entrepreneur, consultant and coach of four continents following six years of service as an aviation officer in the United States Army. His service taught new branch officers tactics, leadership and survival skills.

The upstate New York native attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he played lacrosse under legendary coach Jack Emmer. During his four seasons at Army, Hadlock became just the 16th member of the 100-point club for career scoring in program history and was a multiple time All-Patriot League selection at attack.Â
