CAREER 
An Honorable Mention All-State and North Suburban All-Conference honoree during his final season at Spring Lake High School, where he played for coach Grant Guzy… Averged 17.9 ppg and 2.4 apg during his final prep season, and was named to the Minnesota Inner City All-Star Classic… Earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors as a junior… Transferred to Saint Leo from NCAA Division III Crown College, where he was the 2014 UMAC Player of the Year and a First Team All-UMAC selection after averaging 20.4 ppg, 4.7 apg, and 5.0 rpg… Named to 2014 D3hoops.com All-West Region squad.

PERSONAL 
Born November 30 in Maplewood, Minn… Career goals are to earn a degree in sport business, play professionally overseas, open up his own basketball training facility, and get married and have three kids… States his biggest asset to the team is his desire to work hard every day and to make himself and his teammates the best they can possibly be – as well as his three-point shooting ability… Named Chris Paul, Brandon Jennings, Stephan Curry, and Adrian Peterson as his favorite athletes… Chose Saint Leo for the atmosphere, the great academic program, and the desire to play Division II basketball… Son of Max Montgomery and Angela Williams… Has three sisters: Precious, Alexus, and Angelina.
