Saw action in one contest as a pinch hitter … earned a hit by pitch against Palm Beach Atlantic (3/20).

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2020)
Played in and started four games for the Lions in the COVID-19 shortened season … posted a .091 batting average with a home run and two RBI … lone hit of the season came in the final game of the year versus Alderson Broaddus (3/9) … only hit was a two-run home run … threw out two of three base stealing attempts against him … made season debut behind the plate versus Kentucky Wesleyan (3/6) … started four of the final five games for the Lions … drew a walk versus Alderson Broaddus (3/7) … was hit by a pitch versus Alderson Broaddus (3/8).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019)
Did not see any action ...D2ADA Academic Achievement Award winner. 

CAREER
Transferred to Saint Leo from Niagara University after one season… appeared in 16 games and started 11 behind the plate for the Purple Eagles… recorded three runs, six hits, three doubles, one homerun and four RBI.… prepped at Lakeview High School… in his senior season, appeared in 20 games, batted .590, and recorded 36 RBI, 10 runs scored, 36 hits and eight homeruns...named to the All-District First Team following his senior year and was named an Under Armour Preseason All-American in both his junior and senior seasons... was a Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American in his senior season and a Perfect Game High Honorable Mention Underclass All-American his junior season... in both his junior and senior years, was named the Region 10 Player of the Year... competed at the club level with the Nashville Knights Platinum... also excelled in the classroom; was an honor roll student all four year of high school and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class.

Born July 9 in Greenville, Pa…. son of Mike and Heidi Kokoski… has a sister, Katie, and a brother, Nathan… enjoys playing music and listening to jazz during his free time… favorite athletes include David Ortiz, Pudge Rodriguez and Andrew McCutchen… favorite team is the Boston Red Sox… chose Saint Leo due to its incredible location and the coaching staff and team culture are “amazing”.
