AS A JUNIOR (2016)
The Lions primary catcher in 2016, playing in 43 games and making 42 starts behind the dish… third on the team in hitting with a .344 batting average (55-for-160) and 26^th overall in the SSC... 55 hits was tied for fourth on the team… his 12 multiple RBI games were tied for third-most on the team, and he was fourth with 17 multiple hit games… recorded three hits in eight different games in 2016, the final time coming in a 3-for-4 effort against Barry (4/16-G1)… belted home runs against Tampa (3/11), Webber International (3/22), Embry-Riddle (4/1), and Eckerd (5/1-G2)… charted a season-best four RBI at Palm Beach Atlantic (2/27-G1) with a 3-for-5 effort at the plate with a double and a run scored… threw out 14 of 51 baserunners attempting to steal – second-most runners caught stealing among SSC catchers.

CAREER
Transferred to Saint Leo from St. Petersburg College where he played for coach Ryan Beckman... batted .271 for the Titans with a .331 slugging percentage… 32 hits over 118 at bats with four doubles… recorded 17 RBI… previously attended Seminole HS where he played for coach Jeff Pincus… a two-time First Team All-Sun Coast honoree… two-time First Team All-Conference and three-time First Team All-Pinellas County by the Tampa Bay Times.

PERSONAL
Born October 5… wants to pursue a career in law enforcement… favorite athletes are Derek Jeter and Ray Lewis, and his favorite team is Houston Astros… came to Saint Leo because he felt it was a perfect fit for his education and his athletic career… believes his greatest assets to the team are the fact he’s a team player and puts his teammates before himself… has one sister, Mckenzie… son of Michael and Lisa Mann.
