Prepped at Oswego High School under head coach Joseph Giarrante... member of the Bulls Sox Academy team with head coach Dave Bielawski… posted a 5-0 record with a 1.27 ERA.

Born April 12… son of Mark and Ann Schimmoler… has a sister, Allison… enjoys fishing when not on the diamond… favorite athletes are Kerry Wood and LeBron James… favorite team is the Chicago Cubs… chose Saint Leo because of the family atmosphere, beautiful campus and the warm weather.
