AS A JUNIOR (2016)
Played in 24 games as a junior… made two starts at first base and 10 in the DH slot… batted .224 for the season (11-for-49)… enjoyed a strong finish to the season, batting .286 (10-for-35) over the final two-thirds of the season… three of his 10 hits during that span were home runs… his only multiple hit game was a 2-for-3 effort against defending national champion Tampa (3/12-G1)… plated a season-best five RBI in the Lions’ 12-11 win over Barry (4/16-G1) with a third-inning grand slam home run… belted a three-run HR the previous night against Barry (4/15) and had a three-run double in the final game of the previous weekend’s series at Lynn (4/9-G2), giving Sabo 11 RBI over a three-game span… named to SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2015)
Appeared in 16 games this season... In 20 at-bats hit .300 with eight RBI including two doubles and a home run... Scored seven runs and stole one base... Had a three RBI double in win vs. Tampa... Homered against PBA in 2-for-2 effort at the plate... member of Saint Leo University President's Club Spring 2015.
AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
Competed in seven games with the Lions during his freshman season with the green and gold… Registered eight at-bats… Tallied two hits and one run scored… Recorded three RBI… Collected his first collegiate hit and homerun against St. Michael’s (3/18/14)… Finished the year with a .625 slugging percentage… Logged seven putouts from the first base position for a perfect fielding average.
