AS A SENIOR (2013)
DEEP SOUTH CONFERENCE ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM... INSIDE LACROSSE FACE-OFF YEARBOOK DII ALL-CONFERENCE SELECTION... All-time program leader in points (115g, 58a - 173 points), goals, assists, and man-up goals (26)...  Saw time in 13 games, starting 12... scored 25 goals and added 11 assists for 36 points on the season... led the team with 13 man-up goals... compiled 22 ground balls and caused nine turnovers... fired off 79 shots, placing 48 on target for a shots-on-goal percentage of .608...  tallied a season best six goals and one assist on April 21 against Mars Hill... scored three man-up goals in a game twice.
AS A JUNIOR (2012)
ALL-DEEP SOUTH CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM...PRESEASON ALL-DEEP SOUTH CONFERENCE SELECTION...SAINT LEO ATHLETE OF THE WEEK (3/12/12)… third in program history in points per season with 52, and second in  program history in points per game in a season with 3.71... currently  sits second program records for in goals per season with 37... second  program history in career points with 137, career goals with 90, and  career assists with 47... leads the program in career man-up goals with  13... second in career game-winning goals with five... started in all 14  games for the Lions in his junior campaign... highlight game for  Proechel was against Rollins (2/29/12) - scored three goals and three  assists with two man-up goals and five ground balls...  notched two  game-winning goals on the season, including a last-second thriller from  long range aginst Pfeiffer on March 10, 2012... amassed 37 goals and  added 15 assists for a team best 52 points... notched four man-up  goals... totaled 20 ground balls and four caused turnovers.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2011)
All-Deep South Conference Second Team Attack...Deep South Conference Player of the Week (03/07/11)…Second  in goals scored with 27…Played in all 14 games…Made 13 starts…Led team  in assists with 18…Totaled team-best 45 points…Compiled 96 shots…Fired  54 shots-on-goal…Registered .562 shot-on-goal shooting percentage…Posted  two game-winning goals…Scored four man-up goals…Accumulated 32 ground  balls… Tallied seven multiple-goal  games…Registered six multiple-assist games…Recorded season-high six  goals in season-opener against Rollins (02/19/11)…Posted three assists  on a pair of occasions…Scooped season-high six ground balls against  Notre Dame de Namur (03/06/11)…Caused season-best four turnovers against  Catawba (03/12/11). 
AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
Deep South Conference Offensive Player of the Week twice (March 15 | March 22)…Deep South All-Conference…Proechel  rocketed onto the scene as a freshman, immediately asserting himself as  one of the Lions’ top offensive threats…He competed in all 15 contests  and made 12 starts…He tallied 26 goals and registered 14 assists for 40  points…He blasted 77 shots and posted one game-winning goal and five  man-up goals…Proechel was also responsible for 48 ground balls…He put  together eight multiple goal games, including four hat tricks…In  addition, he posted four multiple-assist games, as well as a three  assist contest against Notre Dame de Namur (3/9/10)…In the same  challenge, Proechel secured a season-best five points…Of his four hat  tricks, his most imperative came in the DSC Tournament semifinals  victory over Florida Southern (4/15/10)…In addition, he tabulated a  season-best nine ground balls against Pfeiffer (3/7/10)…He ranked in the  top 50 nationally in points-per-game (41), goals-per-game (49),  assists-per-game (42), and ground balls per game (48).
CAREER
Proechel  was named Lake Highland Prep Offensive MVP from 2007-09 and First Team  All-Central Florida…Named Orange County Player of the Year in  2009…Currently owns the high school record for points in a season at  Lake Highland…Tabbed US Lacrosse High School All-American.
