SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo men's soccer team lost 1-0 versus Palm Beach Atlantic in a Sunshine State Conference (SSC) game on Saturday night.
Both teams were in a back-and-forth battle during the first half as the Sailfish and the Lions notched four shots. At halftime, the game was deadlocked at 0-0. However, Palm Beach Atlantic scored the lone game of the game on a penalty kick in the 69th minute for a 1-0 advantage. For the remainder of the game, the Lions only mustered a pair of shots and were unable to find the net.
