SAINT LEO, Fla. – The fourth-ranked Saint Leo University men's tennis team took to the road for its final Sunshine State Conference regular season match. The Lions saw this match get rescheduled twice before taking on the Embry-Riddle Eagles in Daytona Beach. The Lions dropped the contest 5-2 to the Eagles to finish 5-2 in SSC play. Embry-Riddle improves to 4-3 in conference play as both teams end the day, 13-4 overall.
 
The Lions got off to the early lead claiming the doubles point. #21 Eduardo Cohen and Shay Sarfati got things going with a 6-2 win at number two doubles. The doubles point was clinched by the number three doubles pair of Sander Sootla and Dylan Andrianaly with a 6-3 win.

Jose David Segovia opened singles play with a straight set win at number two singles, 6-1, 6-2. However, that was all the Lions would get as Embry-Riddle claimed five singles matches to earn the win.
