ORLANDO – The Sunshine State Conference named 146 Saint Leo University student-athletes as part of a record 934 student-athletes named to the 2025 Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll. The awards were announced on Wednesday, February 4th, by SSC Commissioner Chris Graham. Of the student-athletes recognized, 259 carried a perfect 4.00 grade-point average for the fall semester.
This year's student-athlete total breaks the previous record number of 896 student-athletes named to the 2024 Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll. It is the 13th consecutive record-breaking fall for the SSC Honor Roll.
Men's and women's soccer both had 58 represented on the honor roll to lead the fall sports. Volleyball had 18 and Cross Country had 12, eight men, four women.
Student-athletes must post a minimum grade-point average of 3.20 on a scale of 4.00 to be eligible for the Fall SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll. Participants in men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball
were eligible for the fall honor roll.
Having won 136 Division II National Championships since the league was founded in 1975, SSC student-athletes have proven successful in competition in addition to the classroom. The SSC ranked first among NCAA Division II conferences in ASR (Academic Success Rate) for the third-straight year in 2024-25 and has never fallen below second in the metric's 19-year history.
