BEFORE SAINT LEO... At Daemen
2023-24 (JUNIOR)
Raced in five of Daemen's seven meets... placed 44th of 79 with a time of 23:38.1 at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational... set an 8K PR of 29:50.0 as he placed 114th of 175 runners at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational... followed that up with another PR, shaving almost 40 seconds off his previous best time with a PR of 29:11.0 at the Highlander Invitational where he finished 93rd of 151 runners... finished 101st of 142 at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 29:17.4... wrapped up his junior campaign with a time of 30:11.7 to finish 42nd at the ECC Championships.

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in five of Daemen's seven meets ... finished 40th out of 81 runners with a 6K time of 23:49.5 in the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational ... posted a top-25 time of 30:45.1 at the Daemen Alumni Invitational where he placed 23rd out of 64 runners ... finished 29th (32:20.7) at the Equality Invitational ... earned a personal-best 8K time of 30:09.7 at the Canisius Alumni Classic as he placed 129th ... finished 32nd with his second-fastest career 8K time of 30:11.2 at the East Coast Conference Championship, shaving over a minute off of his 2021 ECC Championship time.  

2021-22 (FRESHMAN)
Competed in all seven of the team's meets ... made his collegiate debut at the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational hosted by Le Moyne College ... finished the 6K race in 39th place out of 65 runners with a time of 23:28.6 ... posted a Top-20 finish at the 8K Daemen Duels with a time of 32:40.1 ... improved his 8K time in each of his next two races ... placed 140th out of 199 runners at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational hosted by Roberts Wesleyan College with a time of 31:06.6 ... turned in his best 8K time of the year (30:44.4) at the prestigious Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University ... placed 48th out of 66 runners at the East Coast Conference Championship with a time of 31:27.2 ... competed in the 10K NCAA Division II East Regional and placed 136th out of 143 runners with a time of 39:21.4.

BEFORE DAEMEN
Competed in cross country and track & field and soccer for the Hamburg High Bulldogs and coach Ronald Fortuna ... also lettered in swimming and diving … ECIC all-star as a senior … named team’s most improved for track & field as a junior and selected to cross country’s leadership award as a senior … track and field team claimed the ECIC title in 2019 and finished as Section 6 runner-ups in 2019 and 2020 … cross country was two-time ECAC champs … scholar-athlete.
