SAINT LEO, Fla. – First-year head Saint Leo men's and women's tennis coach Austin Hensley has released the Lions upcoming 2025 spring schedule.

Women's Tennis Schedule
Saint Leo will begin spring action with a scrimmage at home against Southeastern on Jan. 21 before traveling to Florida Southern for its Sunshine State Conference (SSC) opener and first spring match on Feb.11. The Lions are back home for a non-conference bout against Edward Waters on Feb. 18 followed by a road contest in Orlando, Fla. versus Bates on Feb. 20.

The Green and Gold will travel to the Peach State for a pair of non-conference matches with Valdosta State (Feb. 21) and Coastal Georgia (Feb. 22). Saint Leo will be back on campus on Feb. 26 for an SSC bout against Eckerd before wrapping up their month of February with a match on the road versus Rollins on the 28th. The Lions start the month of March with a four-match homestand first with Seton Hall (March 60, followed by Millennia Atlantic (March 8), Mississippi College (March 10), and Slippery Rock (March 12). On March 14, the Green and Gold hit the road for a match at Flagler before returning to Saint Leo for matches on March 18 (Morgan State) and March 20 (Lubbock Christian).

The Lions travel to Barry for an SSC match on March 22 followed by a conference showdown at home against Embry-Riddle (March 26) before a quick road trip to Hillsborough Community College on March 29. Saint Leo will compete in seven contests in the month of April as the Lions host SSC counterpart Nova Southeastern on April 1 and non-SSC opponent Keiser on April 5. On April 9, the Green and Gold will host Lynn before traveling to Barry (April 11) and Palm Beach Atlantic (April 12). Saint Leo will conclude its regular season with three road matches, first at Tampa on April 17 and then versus West Alabama (April 19) and West Florida (April 20).

Men's Tennis Schedule
The Saint Leo men's tennis team will host a scrimmage against Southeastern on Tuesday, January 21 before facing Florida Southern on the road in its first regular season spring contest on Feb. 4. The Green and Gold will travel to Indianapolis, Ind. for a contest against Marian on Feb. 12 before competing in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Indoor Championship from Feb. 14 – Feb. 16.

The Lions will return to Florida for a match versus Bates on Feb. 20 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. Saint Leo will then travel to Georgia for contests with Valdosta State (Feb. 21) and Coastal Georgia (Feb. 22). On February 26, the Green and Gold will host SSC counterpart Eckerd followed by a pair of home contests against non-conference opponents with Millennia Atlantic (March 8) and Mississippi College (March 10). After facing Flagler on the road on March 14, Saint Leo will return home to host Eastern Florida (March 16), Dallas (March 17), and Morgan State (March 18).

The Lions will conclude their month of March with a conference bout at Rollins on March 19 before starting the month of April with a home contest versus Embry-Riddle (April 2). The Green and Gold will host Keiser (April 5) and Lynn (April 9) before finishing the regular season with four road contests, Barry (April 11), Palm Beach Atlantic (April 12), West Alabama (April 19), and West Florida (April 20).

In the ITA preseason national rankings, Saint Leo men's tennis team was polled at #3 while the women's team was ranked #15 to start the season.
