SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo University Men's basketball team could not hold off the Sharks of Nova Southeastern, as the #7 team in the country defeated the Lions 116-74 Saturday night at the Marion Bowman Activities Center.
Saint Leo (8-9, 3-6 SSC) shot over 43% from the field through 52 shots, but Nova Southeastern (14-2, 8-2 SSC) produced 86 shot attempts on the night.
Cantia Rahming notched his 10
th double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds.
Kanon Koster pitched in 13 points, followed by
Grant Disken with 10.
The Lions are on the road Wednesday, traveling to Boca Raton, Fla. to take on Lynn; tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
