SAINT LEO, Fla – The Lions' fall to the Sailfish 0-1 on the road at West Palm Beach.
 
The Lions started this game off on the backfoot facing a ton of first half pressure from the Sailfish.
 
At the end of the first half, the Lions faced 14 shots versus only dishing out five of their own.
 
The Lions defense handled the pressure very well until late in the first half when the Sailfish found the back of the net in the last minute to give them the 0-1 advantage heading into halftime.
 
In the second half, the Lions looked like a different team as they got more offensive pressure compared to the Sailfish.
 
The Green & Gold tallied up four corners in the half alone which was fantastic work compared to the zero that occurred for them in the first half.
 
Unfortunately, it was not enough as the Sailfish were able to close the game out 0-1.
 
Despite being put under immense pressure, Ricardo Ceballos was able to make seven saves and keep the Lions in this one.
 
The Lions are next in action at home Friday, November 3rd as they host the Rollins College Tars for a Sunshine State Conference matchup. Kick off is scheduled for 7:00pm.
