SAINT LEO, Fla - The Saint Leo Volleyball team drop a tough matchup versus the Barry University Buccaneers 0-3.
On the offensive side of the game, the Lions were led by
Oliwia Durka who had a team-high 12 kills.
The Lions took an early lead in set three after being down two sets but ultimately they could not hold on as the Buccaneers came back to close the game at 0-3.
On the defensive side of the game,
Jeanette Henderson had a team-high 15 digs. Her defensive efforts kept the Lions in the game late but the Buccaneers attack proved to be to strong for the Green & Gold tonight.
The Lions are next in action on October 14th as they welcome the Lynn Fighting Knights into the Marion Bowman Activites Center. First serve is set for 4:00pm.
