SAINT LEO, Fla. - Saint Leo Baseball has moved up to 10th in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper NCAA Division II Top 30 Poll after the poll was released on Monday.
The Lions have won eight of their last ten games and have swept back-to-back series against Embry-Riddle and Palm Beach Atlantic. The Lions are 33-14 on the season and 18-9 in the Sunshine State Conference. They have moved up two spots from their 12th ranking last week.
Saint Leo is also ranked third in the NCAA South Region as of last week. They will now get ready to head to Eckerd this coming Friday night for their final three-game weekend series of the year. After that, they will wait until Sunday, May 15 to tune in to the NCAA Division II Baseball Selection Show to learn their fate for a postseason run.
