Box Score BOCA RATON, Fla. –
Brad Eidenmuller overcame a two-day sixth singles match up to lift the No. 3 Saint Leo Lions 4-3 over the No. 12 Lynn Fighting Knights. The Sunshine State Conference foes found themselves tied at 3-3 before a thunderstorm rolled up and delayed the Saturday morning match. Eidenmuller and Gabrielle Felline battle in sixth singles was tied up after two sets and needed a full third set to decide the game. The teams waited until late into Saturday evening to make the call to finish the game Sunday morning. Eidenmuller opened up the set up 5-0 and got it done with a final score of 3-6, 6-2, 6-3. The dramatic weekend raised the Lions' overall record to 14-3, 2-2 in the Sunshine State Conference. Meanwhile, No. 12 Lynn's season mark fell to 11-2, 3-1 in the conference.
Lynn snagged the doubles point taking the first and second flights. The Fighting Knights made it a 2-0 match finishing the third flight on top. No. 5
Bruno Faletto opened scoring for the Lions with a first flight victory; 2-1. Lynn registered its' third and ultimately final point of the match taking the second flight decision.

Eidenmuller's overnight victory recorded his 13
th victory, now 13-1 in singles action with a 10-0 mark in the sixth flight and 3-1 in the fifth. The thrilling Sunday decision also extended the Germany product's win streak to eight.
The Lions will continue their work on the road. On Wednesday, April 6 Saint Leo will travel to Eckerd in St. Petersburg, Fla. for a 3:00 p.m. match start.
