BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Saint Leo men's lacrosse team ended on the road in a 15-12 loss at the hands of the Lynn Fighting Knights. Head Coach Brad Jorgensen led the 2022 Lions to a 6-8 overall record, 1-6 in the Sunshine State Conference during his 17th year at the helm.

Saint Leo jumped out to a four-goal lead, outscoring Lynn 6-2 in the first quarter. The Fighting Knights snapped back, taking the second quarter 6-1, for an 8-7 halftime lead. The hosts added three more to their advantage in the third.

Saint Leo attempted to climb out of the four-goal hole and won the fourth quarter; 5-4. Despite the offensive burst, it would prove to be too little too late for the Green and Gold.
